means to being in an agreement with all of the Terms and Conditions of use, Otherwise. You may not have the authorization of using this site.

CONTRACT

No contract will exist between you and Hassanzadeh Jewellery for the sale of any product unless and until Hassanzadeh Jewellery has accepted your order with a confirmation message and a full payment is taken from your side.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure and we do not store any financial information.

PRICES

The prices payable for goods are shown on the product pages and are correct on the date the customer places the order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Unless you cancel your order within 1 working week after full payment has been made, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Hassanzadeh Jewellery will be completed when the goods have been dispatched. To cancel your contract you must notify us of your decision by mentioned information in ''Contact us'' page and supplying your order number and address. Any returns after the 1 week period stated above will be at the discretion of Hassanzadeh Jewellery.

DIMENSIONS

The Dimensions of products (width and height) written in the product page, are calculted approximately and might not be exact.

RETURNS

Goods purchased from Hassanzadeh Jewellery may be returned within 7 days of purchase providing that the items are unused and in their original condition & packaging.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

All parcels must immediately be opened in the presence of the Courier upon receipt of the goods, to verify that the goods are contained in the parcel are untampered with and undamaged. You acknowledge that if you fail to do this and subsequently find the goods are not contained therein, or have been damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim against the courier or return the goods.

The entire content of this website, including all jewellery designs, photographs, logo, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the use of the name Hassanzadeh Jewellery is the sole property of Hassanzadeh Jewellery.
