QUARTZ

Quartz is a mineral which is the most abundant and can be widely found on earth’s surface. It forms in all temperatures, in every part of the world and is highly resistant, durable, ubiquitous which makes it the most dominant mineral in the world.

Quartz has been known since pre-historic times, it was first found in about 300 BC and published in 1505 in Germany. All forms of quartz can be used as gemstones, they can be cut into various types of cut and can be used in all kinds of jewellery.
